This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is less than 2 minutes from Sombrero Beach just down the street (oceanfront) and less than 15 minutes to open water! Private pool with outdoor tv on the patio, private dock, 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, bait freezer, gas grill! The private dock can accommodate up to a 40' boat. Plenty of parking for your cars and trailer (covered parking for 2).

-Master has en suite Master bath and King Bed

The pool can be heated for a fee of $125 per week (prorated for longer stays).
The property manager, Meredith, is available throughout your stay, day and evening, 7 days a week should you need assistance with anything!
Angler's Sombrero is a beautiful canal front development along Sombrero Beach Road. The street dead-ends into Sombrero Beach, a beautiful sandy oceanfront beach! There is a wide bike/walking path down the street to the beach! Centrally located, everything you want to do is very close and convenient!
We recommend bringing a car but the area does have taxis and sometimes uber
Airbnb does not collect the 5% County tax. We will be sending a separate payment request for that shortly before arrival.
$45 Management Fee is Damage Insurance covering up to 3k in damages.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Meredith is a Property Manager and owns Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. She is thrilled to represent the owners. Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian, Meredith's first visit to the Florida Keys was 35 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved here full time! She loves helping guests with personal recommendations of all her favorite spots to help make their vacation better than they ever imagined!
