Room for everyone
One side of a duplex, laid out for families and groups, with a fully stocked kitchen and a dedicated workspace if someone has to check in with the office.

Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are all provided. Traveling with little ones? There is a pack and play, a high chair, a baby safety gate, board games, and a washer and dryer. The backyard is fully fenced.

Location
Angler's Sombrero, Marathon
A canal front neighborhood on Sombrero Beach Road. The street dead ends at Sombrero Beach itself, sandy and oceanfront, with a wide bike and walking path the whole way down.

We recommend bringing a car. There are taxis in the area and Lyft/Uber.
Good to know
This home is one side of a duplex. The dock is shared with the unit next door, but the pool and the backyard are completely private and yours. Each side has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Pool heating is $125 per week plus tax and card processing, and can be prorated on longer stays. Just let us know ahead of time.
Cancellation is a full refund if you cancel more than 60 days before arrival. Inside 60 days there is no refund.
The primary renter must be 30 or over. Children and infants are very welcome. No pets, and no smoking.
The $45 management fee is damage insurance, covering up to $3,000.

Keyless entry by keypad, available 24 hours, so your vacation starts the moment you arrive. Meredith is not on site, but she is available by phone day or evening, seven days a week.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
