Plus, Sombrero Beach is just down the street (1.3 miles). There is plenty of parking for several cars and a boat trailer (covered parking for 2 cars). You are allowed to bring either one boat or jet skis, not both (it is against Marathon law to tether boats in a waterway).
The attached Villa is located on Sombrero Beach Road, which has a long wide sidewalk all the way to the beach! Perfect for walking, running, biking! There are two grocery stores and a pharmacy half a mile away! Centrally located in Marathon, everything you would want to do is not more than 10 minutes away! Amazing restaurants and activities are all very close by!
The Master is upstairs, facing the water, and has an en suite bathroom. There is a Junior Master downstairs with a King bed and bathroom that also open to the kitchen. There are two other guest rooms upstairs, Queen and 2 Twins, that share a hall bath. The property has a pack n play, high chair and baby gate.
Marathon is just an hour from Key West and 40 minutes from Islamorada. Bahia Honda State Park is less than 20 minutes away. Marathon has lots of fun and interesting activities on and off the water! The Turtle Hospital, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key, Aquarium Encounters, Golf Course, Children's Park and Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key to name a few!

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Reel Life 2, #257-2, is managed by Meredith Tracy, Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. 407.733.2128. Meredith is a Property Manager and owns Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. She is thrilled to represent the owners. Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian, Meredith's first visit to the Florida Keys was 35 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved here full time! She loves helping guests with personal recommendations of all her favorite spots to help make their vacation better than they ever imagined!
