Inside

Five bedrooms, four full bathrooms

2,293 square feet of open living space with quartz countertops, a waterfall island with seating, a dry bar area, and a balcony on each floor facing the water. There are 6 TVs. The living room and the master have cable, the rest stream through the Xfinity app and have Roku. Free high speed wifi runs throughout the house, 500+ Mbps, and there is a laptop friendly workspace if someone has to check in with the office.

The two bedrooms off the upstairs hall share the hall bathroom, which has a tub and a shower. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are all provided.

The kitchen is properly stocked: pots and pans, baking sheets, a muffin tin, a lobster pot, a blender, food processor, crockpot, air fryer, hand mixer, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, wine glasses, bartender tools and children's dishes. There is a washer and dryer in the house.

Traveling with little ones? There is a pack n play with a mattress and sheets, a high chair, children's dishes and a baby gate. Plenty of games too, for every age.

Outside

The pool is yours, and so is the slip

• Your own boat slip  Assigned to you for the stay, up to 35 feet, on the community dock, with power and water at the slip
• Ground level  A large covered seating area, a gas grill, a bait freezer, an outdoor shower and a fenced yard
• Games  Ping pong table, corn hole, ring toss, fishing poles, and beach and pool toys
• Two bikes  Restaurants and the aquarium are close enough to ride to
• Parking  Covered for two cars, plus first come first served space for vehicles and a boat trailer

The Tides has a gated entrance, a fish cleaning station and a waterfront gazebo, and the dock is where your assigned slip is. Boats are secured with whips.

The Tides at Vaca Cut, Marathon

A gated waterfront development on 1st Avenue Gulf. This is unit 8, the eighth villa in from US1, which is deliberate: it keeps the highway noise away. Vaca Cut runs past the back of the house, so you have quick, direct access to both the Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico, and the boat traffic going through is half the entertainment.
