A five bedroom waterfront house in a gated community on Vaca Cut, with its own pool, its own assigned boat slip, and quick runs out to both the ocean and the Gulf.

Inside

Room for twelve, and a kitchen to match

2,293 square feet over two floors, five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, so a big group can spread right out or all end up in the same room. Open living space, a waterfall quartz island with seating, and a dry bar.

Six TVs, one in every bedroom and one in the living room. Cable in the living room, the rest set up for Netflix, Hulu and the like, running on high speed internet that belongs to this house alone.

The kitchen has a drip coffee maker and a pod one, a Vitamix, a food processor, an air fryer, a pressure cooker, a crockpot, a fondue pot, a hand mixer, kids' dishes and bartender tools. Bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are all provided. Traveling with little ones? There is a pack and play, a high chair, a baby gate, board games, and a washer and dryer.

Pool, dock, and a lot of games

• Your own boat slip  Slip 4, up to 35 feet, assigned to this home for your stay on the community dock, with power, water and whips for your boat
• At the dock  Fish cleaning tables, a bait freezer, and a waterfront gazebo
• Balconies  One on each floor with seating and dining, plus the private one off the master
• Ground level  A large covered area with seating, a gas grill, a meat smoker, and an outdoor shower
• On the water  Three paddle boards with boost fins and life jackets, plus beach chairs and a beach umbrella
• Games  Ping pong, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, corn hole and mini golf putting
• Parking  Room for your cars and a boat trailer, behind the gated entrance

The yard is fenced. There is an electric car charger on site, but bring your own extension cord, we do not provide one.

Location

The Tides at Vaca Cut, Marathon

Directly on the water in the middle of the Keys, looking out over Vaca Cut. Ocean on one side, Gulf on the other, and quick direct access to both if you have a boat. The whole development sits behind a gate.
