Located on a canal, it has a private pool with a dock that can accommodate a boat up to 35'! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master upstairs faces the water as has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a water closet and a walk in shower! There are two other guestrooms upstairs, one with a queen and the other with bunks beds. Those two guestrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower. There is a Junior Master downstairs with a king bed and a bathroom that opens to the guestroom and the kitchen.
The downstairs covered patio has a gas grill, a full size refrigerator and freezer, dining table and chairs. Tipsy Turtle is loaded with lots of fun amenities: beach and pool toys, beach chairs and umbrella, two bikes, two paddle boards, a kayak and a canoe! There is plenty of patio furniture to lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida Keys sunshine!
Tipsy Turtle is located on Sombrero Beach Road which is a long wide biking/walking path down to Sombrero Beach, an ocean front beach with volley ball net and a playground, just minutes away! Enjoy golf? Just down the street is Florida Keys Country Club! In addition to all the water activities you can enjoy in Marathon has lots of wonderful places to enjoy: The Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, The Dolphin Connection, Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key, Bahia Honda State Park just South of Marathon and so much more! There are also community tennis courts! If you want to explore other areas, Key West is only an hour away and Islamorada is just 40 minutes away.

Meredith is a Property Manager and owns Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. She is thrilled to represent the owners. Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian, Meredith's first visit to the Florida Keys was 35 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved here full time! She loves helping guests with personal recommendations of all her favorite spots to help make their vacation better than they ever imagined!
