The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for your stay! The Living Room has a pullout couch. Downstairs is a pool room with a bathroom, pull out couch and bunk beds. Also downstairs, looking towards the pool and canal, is a covered out door living area with patio furniture and TV, a bar, Summer Kitchen! There is plenty of parking for your cars and boat trailer!
Equipped for lots of fun, there are plenty of pool and beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella, lots of games, a ping pong table, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards! There is also an outdoor shower which is perfect for showing off after a day of fishing or a trip to the beach! There are both gas and charcoal grills! The dock is brand new and has a fish cleaning station! Mature hedges create a private oasis around the pool and outdoor living space.
Sombrero Beach, an ocean front beach with volley ball net and a playground, is only about 7 minutes away! Enjoy golf? Just down the street is Florida Keys Country Club! In addition to all the water activities you can enjoy in Marathon has lots of wonderful places to enjoy: The Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, The Dolphin Connection, The Art Studio, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key, Bahia Honda State Park just South of Marathon and so much more! There are also community tennis courts! If you want to explore other areas, Key West is only an hour away and Islamorada is just 40 minutes away.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00 %) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
