This 4 bedroom 3 bath canal front home has a private pool, private dock, fish cleaning station, green light under at the dock, two kayaks, two bikes and a Tiki Hut for the ultimate Keys vacation! With plenty of parking for vehicles and a boat trailer, a well stocked vacation rental with everything you need, a neighborhood beach just down the street and located at mile marker 55, in the heart of Marathon, Dockside Retreat is your perfect vacation spot!

This beautifully decorated Villa is truly a relaxing retreat and a vacation home that offers you everything you need for a fun filled Keys vacation, including an oceanfront beach just down the street and a Tiki Hut!

With plenty of room for everyone, the Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (plus a sleeper sofa). The Master has a King bed and the additional bedrooms are King, Queen and bunk beds (full on bottom; twin on top). There is also a play pen, high chair and stroller for your little ones! No detail has been missed at this fabulous vacation home!

There are lights inside the Tiki Hut so you can enjoy the space in the evening as well! The house also has a pack n play, high chair and stroller! We provide hand, bath and dish soap, dishwashing detergent, some laundry pods, kitchen sponge/scrubbie, TP, PT, bath and pool/beach towels. We also provide all the bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels.

This is a vacation rental and the entire home and property is for the exclusive use of the guests. We have a pin pad on the door and the code will be provided shortly before your arrival. The entire Unit 2, the pool, dock and parking are available for the guest. The dock accommodates a 35-40 foot boat. Each unit has one side of the dock for its private use. There is covered parking for two vehicles and additional parking for cars, boat trailer.

It is mandatory that the guest manage their trash throughout their stay. Directions about pick up days are in the manual at the property and in the Welcome Letter sent out before arrival. There is a $75 charge if guest do not ensure the trash is taken to the street. We also ask that you clean the grill to the best of your ability before you leave. Do you not use charcoal in the grill as it is a gas grill. If the grill is found to be excessively dirty, there is a $75 charge.

If you would like the pool heated above 80 degrees, there is a $ 125 fee per week (prorated for longer stays).

As the property manager, I am available throughout your stay for any questions, needs or recommendations. You will be able to call or text me directly, day and evening, 7 days a week! If I am needed at the property, I will certainly make myself available any time!

Angler's at Sombrero is a brand new development on Sombrero Beach Road, just down the street from Sombrero Beach - a beautiful oceanfront beach! Sandy beaches are not common in the Keys, so it a real asset to have an oceanfront sandy beach just down the street! There is a sidewalk all along Sombrero Beach Road where you can bike, exercise or walk to the beach! About two minutes from the grocery store (Publix and Winn Dixie), a minute from the beach and less than 10 minutes from any of the amazing restaurants and activities in Marathon, the location is perfectly centrally located! Only an hour from Key West and about 20 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park, you can easily make day trips!

Located in the heart of the keys, it is easy to make day trips to Key West, Bahia Honda Beach and other fabulous destinations in the keys!
